The project involved a comprehensive extension and refurbishment of the dining hall, executed within an active and continuously occupied setting. The existing dining hall was expanded to accommodate increased capacity and enhance functionality. This extension involved both structural and aesthetic improvements. The fit-out included high-quality finishes, contemporary furnishings, and advanced kitchen facilities to support the needs of a larger user base. Refurbishment of Existing Toilet Blocks and replacement of curtain walling on the science block.

The project also included various associated and external works necessary to integrate the new dining hall extension and refurbishments with the surrounding environment. This included landscape improvements, modifications to external pathways, and adjustments to existing infrastructure to ensure a cohesive and functional campus layout.

Overall, the project required careful coordination to minimize disruption in a live environment, with a focus on maintaining operational continuity while delivering high-quality enhancements to the facilities.
