Refurbishing and extending three separate properties in Chelsea to create spacious residential quarters with high-end finishes.

Our works included underpinning to lower existing basement’s, new drainage, structural alterations, new rear and and side infill extension’s, adding new mansard roof’s, and completing a comprehensive interior fit-out to a high specification.

The project was conducted on a busy street with limited access for deliveries.
