The project involved a comprehensive range of tasks to ensure robust and efficient construction. It began with piling attendance to establish a solid foundation, followed by the installation of a new sub-station to support the building’s electrical needs.

Demolition of existing structures was carried out to clear space for new developments. Structural alterations and steelwork were then implemented to reinforce and modify the building framework as per the design specifications.

Temporary works were put in place to ensure safety and stability throughout the construction process. Groundworks involved preparing the site, including excavation and leveling, to support subsequent construction activities.

Finally, blockwork was performed to construct the building’s walls, ensuring durability and structural integrity.

Each phase was meticulously executed to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
