Our project encompassed a complex array of construction tasks aimed at enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of a live-in and occupied hotel. The installation of a terrace sky deck provided guests with an elevated outdoor experience, requiring meticulous structural openings and a robust steel frame to support the new addition seamlessly.

Waterproofing solutions were meticulously applied to ensure long-term protection against the elements. Managing challenging logistics was paramount to minimize disruption to hotel operations, necessitating innovative temporary works strategies.

Throughout the project, careful coordination and execution were key to achieving a successful integration of new amenities while maintaining a comfortable environment for hotel guests.
